Whoaaa that was hard work!
If anyone can be bothered to fill in more details, I recommend copy-and-pasting the table section into a text editor in a monospace font so as to get the columns lined up properly.
Each line has to start with a space for the Wiki to parse it as monospace
1993 onwards need more detail filling in though... But I ain't doing it! --Dancingmeerkat
