:(contributions) There's not much for which to thank me. The nice thing about a wiki is the ease with which one can make minor changes.

:(confirmation email) Unfortunately, I don't know anymore, I did get a confirmation email at 16:16:23 GMT, the same minute [[http://sisterswiki.org/index.php?title=Special:Log&user=Erik+Warmelink my account was created]]. According to my preferences "''Your e-mail address was authenticated on 4 January 2012 at 16:18''", that's after I sent myself an email with the (random) password at 17:17:54 CET (= 16:17:54 GMT), but I don't remember whether I '''needed''' to click the link. My first edit was at 16:35. According to the email, the confirmation is only needed to "''activate e-mail features''", but I assume that answering it made me member of [[Sisters wiki dot org - The Sisters Of Mercy Wiki Pages:Autoconfirmed users|Autoconfirmed users]]. --[[User:Erik Warmelink|Erik Warmelink]] 23:54, 12 January 2012 (UTC)

:(Unrelated to your questions) I selected, among other features, e-mail on user talk page changes and I got two emails (the 2nd for the link correction), not a problem but contrary to "''There will be no other notifications in case of further changes unless you visit this page''". However, I don't know whether that is a default text from the wiki-software or a localized text. --[[User:Erik Warmelink|Erik Warmelink]] 23:54, 12 January 2012 (UTC)

Thank you very much, Erik

that makes things clear to me. About the email-notification I don't know for I have not selected this feature on my part
as I come here daily, anyway, and see what's happened. And if only to block spammers... *sigh ...
But as to email-notification, it's the same (at least for me) on Heartland ... I think the statement about no further notifications is just wrong.

All your observations and changes and contributions are really an addition.
Also because small mistakes happen ever so often and it's good when somebody corrects such things or hints at them.

And anyway, I'm pleased you enjoy ... :-)) ...
